SMED Whiteboards or Single-Minute Exchange of Dies aims to drastically reduce changeover times into the single digits e.i. less than 10 minutes. This can be achieve through removing completing changeover steps whilst equipment is still running, removing unnecessary steps and streamlining the process.
Our board allows you to keep track of changeovers, see any repeating errors and identify improvements. It will also motivate your team to achieve as they aim to achieve faster changeovers.
The board pictured is 900 x 600mm and can be customised with your logo and colours. Larger Boards can also be made on request.
Our boards are made from magnetic coated steel and have an aluminium frame.
