This boards makes use of multiple root cause analysis tools so that you can find the root of your issues quickly. The following tools are used: Seven wastes analysis, 5 whys, fishbone analysis (Ishikawa diagram) and data analysis. The board also includes an action tracker to ensure progress is delivered once finding the root cause.
The board pictured is 2400 x 1200mm and can be customised with your logo and colours. You can also request custom colours on the document displays. Larger Boards can also be made on request.
Our boards are made from magnetic coated steel and have an aluminium frame.
