Detectable Food Grade Heat Resistant Loop Tags

Our large metal detectable loop tags are self-locking and available in a detectable, heat-resistant laminate material. These tags come in a roll of 500 and can withstand temperatures up to 250°C +/- 20°C and feature a locked-in aluminium layer, ensuring their metal detect ability.

Measuring 48mm x 279mm, these premium-quality, tear-resistant tags are more robust than standard labels. The receptive coloured surface allows for typing, computer printing, or handwritten information. Pre-printed fields include product details, date/time, batch number, and use-by date, with two additional blank fields for customisation. Ideal for batch identification in food manufacturing and processing environments, these tags come in eight colours: Blue, Red, Green, Yellow, White, Orange, Pink, and Purple.
