This yearly planner can help you achieve your goals by daily planning and reviewing everything you do. The planner splits the year into 3 100-day plans, where you lay down your objectives for the next 100 days, and when those 100 days are over, you may assess and see if your objectives have been met. The planner contains 7 sections to help achieve the goals you have set in place. These 7 sections are:

• Goals- turn your visions and personal goals into clear action plans by reviewing what each goal means to you and how you will bring them to completion.
• My time and how to use it- analyse how you use your time, what you do and when you do it. Understand what time is available for the most important aspects of your work.
• Project management- to ensure that your 100-day plan is met, plan your initiatives in detail with daily plans; team selections; stakeholder management and reviews.
• Personal planning- proactively plan your time and manage your day-to-day activities. Ensure your monthly and daily objectives fit into your 100-day plans.
• Delivering the plan- combine your daily planning with your 100-day project task management, aligning your project task delivery with your committed standard tasks and meetings to ensure you stay focused on all areas.
• Managing effectively- support sheets that help you manage your time, notes, contacts, to do lists, expense recording, meetings and coaching.
• Reference guides- quick access to key points and advice to remember when you’re planning your work and projects.
